Meet Rob Callahan
Rob Callahan, owner of Diamond Physiques, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years experience in strength training, bodybuilding, body recomposition, and overall fitness. Rob was a collegiate athlete, who suffered a ligament tear in his knee, requiring rehabilitation. During Rehab, Rob regained his passion for working out, as it made him feel better physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Rob knows firsthand what it's like to go through challenging times, including injury, pain, discomfort and time away from the gym. Whatever challenges you're facing with your training, nutrition and supplementation...Rob has the solution!

To achieve your fitness goals in strength training, bodybuilding, functional training and body recomposition, you'll need a program customized specifically for you. Rob provides an in-depth consultation and assessment prior to making recommendations. "It’s only by working closely with an individual over the course of several weeks and making necessary adjustments, that a fitness coach can truly help their client be their best".
